Adult Kung-Fu Classes

 

Our Adult Kung-Fu classes are a combination of traditional Kung-Fu, stretching and strength training.  They are designed to give a great workout as well as teach self-defense.  Our primary focus is health & fitness.  Traditional Kung-Fu training gives a complete body workout.  It works the cardiovascular system, strengthens the muscles and joints, and promotes flexibility.  We also teach basic boxing techniques which will workout the entire body nicely.  If you've never worked out on a heavy bag, you may want to give it a try.  Please call for more information or to schedule a free class.
